Held in the month of July, International Mango Festival , is amongst the famous fairs in India. Organized in Talkatora, International Mango Festival is hosted by the Delhi Tourism Board, marks the advent of mango season.
The festival is held for a duration of two days and showcases of variety of mango dishes. Mangoes are collected from every nook and corner of India and presented here. Haryana, Bihar, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are amongst the famous places from where mangoes are garnered.
Embellished with folk songs and dances, International Mango Festival becomes hot spot during summer season. More than 500 variety of Mangoes are showcased during this festival.
